  1. As this the artist of these pieces, what was your main objective?

  • My main objection for this project was to figure out the shades for the each level. Also, to see how big or small the words should be.

  1. What tools did we primarily use for this project?

  • The tool that I primarily used was the rectangular marquee tool and the brush tool.

  1. What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

  • The challenges that I faced during this project was choosing the right color for my background.

  1. One of the requirements of this project was to make a custom paintbrush. How did you accomplish this and what kind of brushes did you make?

  • The way I made my custom paint brush was writing the word I wanted to use and take the rectangular marquee tool and making a box around it to copy the word in the paint brush tool. I made thick, thin, small, and large brushes.

  1. An important requirement for this project was about defining your values.Making sure each value does not blend with the others. There are multiple ways to go about this. How did you accomplish this?

  • The way I accomplished this was using select similar to pick the color that I want to use. Example, I wanted to pick the darkest spots in my face I would make a small box on that part of my face and press select similar to choose all the dark spots.
